The corner of Eric's lips ticked up into a small smile. "I'll do even better." He pulled out of her, and scooped her up in his arms as if she weighed nothing. He walked over to the couch in the corner and sat down, settling her down in his lap and finding her lips for another kiss, one large hand coming to cup her face.
